La Caha China

Brad has a new toy. It's called the La Caha China. Well, I'm not sure what you're supposed to refer to a recreational pig cooker as, but that's pretty much what he's got. Him, his dad, and his brother all went in on it and now we have a family pig cooker (although apparently it will cook whatever meat you fancy). For a southern boy who is very passionate about his pork, this is a big deal. For a week, everytime a UPS truck was within a few blocks of our house Brad would be pacing around, watching to see if it was his special delivery. He's only tried it a couple of times so far, but it is pretty good. It's basically this box that you put your meat in and cover the top with charcoal. And in about three hours, you've got slow cooked tender goodness.

Oh my goodness. When do we get a sample of all that goodness? Wow. I've got to know what it is like? Where did you get it from, how much? Does it really do what it is supposed to do?
